Ongoing orders

To check your order status, you can go to the "My orders" section of your profile. In alternative, you can open the order confirmation email you received and click on the link "Check my order status".

Order processing times depend on the products you've bought. Some of our items are readily available and are shipped the day of the order placement or during the following business day. Other products are custom-made and/or made on request; for these items, you may have to wait a couple more days before shipment. If you still have doubts, feel free to ask our staff.

You'll find the tracking number and the courier's instructions in the order fulfillment email we've sent you or in the order detail page inside your account. You can track your order through the courier's website.

The tracking number we've supplied is correct. Courier tracking systems aren't updated in real time and, according to the type of shipment, your tracking number might take up to 24h to appear. For international shipments, times may vary and it might be a few more days until the code is processed.

At times, electronic payments might fail for causes such as credit limits, data filled out incorrectly or bank restrictions. If you've done everything right and the payment is still failing, please contact us to finalize the order. Orders are kept pending for 48h during which we will keep the items in the order reserved to your name. If after 48h the payment still hasn't been carried out, the order will be cancelled and the items from the order will become available for purchase again.

Electronic payments (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.) are usually immediate; as soon as the gateway confirms your payment, your order will be confirmed, as well. Orders to be paid on delivery are generally fulfilled immediately. Wire transfers and payments through SEPA direct debit system may take up to a few days to complete and your order will only be fulfilled after the payment has been credited.

Condensation in an optical unit, especially if LED powered, is a completely normal physical phenomenon; it is caused by leaps in temperature, pressure or humidity, which condense the tiny water particles present in the air, making them visible to the human eye.

Especially when it comes to new products, some humid air may get trapped inside the shell, taking multiple weeks to dry out.

Old Halogen or Xenon headlights contained physical lightbulbs which were a big source of heat when the car was in funcion.

The heat would allow the humid air to evaporate and escape through compensation valves, present on the majority of optical units.

With the arrival of LED technology, more performant and efficient, this heat emission was greatly reduced, to the point where optical groups would remain pretty cool even after functioning for hours.

Furthermore, the vast majority of LED lights don't have any type of valve or accessible shell (e.g. they are completely sealed off), this causes drying times to be longer. Because of their nature, headlights will always contain some humid air, since the vents and balancers that even out pressure gaps generated by materials and air dialation, will always let some atmospheric air inside.

If you think that your optical unit is presenting too much condensation, feel free to issue a ticket and send us some pictures, we will examine your case.

Products can be substituted or repaired at our discretion.

This varies from product to product. To be able to choose the best option, all products must be tested to verify any manifacturing defects.

If the product can't be verified, we won't be able to help you.

As expected of any type of good covered by a warrany, it is necessary that the manifacturer or the seller, examine the product to be able to intervene.

If your car needs a mechanical or body intervention, you'll still have to take it to the body shop, just like a smatphone, an appliance or any other consumer product.

We won't be able to send you a subtitute product, without receiving the old one first.
