Order processing times depend on the products you've bought. Some of our items are readily available and are shipped the day of the order placement or during the following business day. Other products are custom-made and/or made on request; for these items, you may have to wait a couple more days before shipment. If you still have doubts, feel free to ask our staff.
At times, electronic payments might fail for causes such as credit limits, data filled out incorrectly or bank restrictions. If you've done everything right and the payment is still failing, please contact us to finalize the order. Orders are kept pending for 48h during which we will keep the items in the order reserved to your name. If after 48h the payment still hasn't been carried out, the order will be cancelled and the items from the order will become available for purchase again.
Electronic payments (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.) are usually immediate; as soon as the gateway confirms your payment, your order will be confirmed, as well. Orders to be paid on delivery are generally fulfilled immediately. Wire transfers and payments through SEPA direct debit system may take up to a few days to complete and your order will only be fulfilled after the payment has been credited.
If you've chosen the delivery option, you'll find your tracking number in your confirmation email.
Please make sure to package it with care, since we won't be able to help you if it should get damaged during delivery.
